When Sharon Dee while at Joyous Celebrations 3 sang "I want to be ready,to walk in to Jerusalem...just like John...3 gates (days) to the East...3 gates (days) to the North..." , yours truly thinks she had this coming weekend in spirit.
BCYD is getting ready like John, 3 days to the East(ern) Cape BYD conference & 3 days to the (Great)North BYD Career Seminar to be held at Lwamondo,Venda.
Our eyes/ears/spirit, will be at these particular events on Heritage day.
As BCYD, our Heritage is a generation of GROUNDBREAKERS,our portion!!!!!!

100 days to the Groundbreakers Summer Camp
"Prepare ye the Way"
We are in the last Groudbreaking 100 days before the Mother of all Camps, there is a trumpet being blown, it is a call to Prayer, a call for Repositioning ourselves for the great outpouring of the Spirit the Lord has for this Groundbreaking Generation, our portion.
We urge everyone to go through our burden- scripture "The voice of the one crying in the wilderness,Prepaye ye the way for the Lord" which is found in Isaiah 40:3-5, let us all go through this portion of scripture as a way of starting our prayer for the camp, allow Him to lead u & guide u into all requests you might have for the camp, using this scripture.
We will keep on posting other prayer items as we continue with our count down.
You can go to our BCYD National Camp event and write prayer requests on our Facebook wall.
Groundbreaking is our portion!!!!!!!!!

BCYD 4-1-1
From the 26th to the 28th of June 2010, +/- 155 km from Polokwane, +/- 135 km from Pretoria, Modimolle, formerly known as Nylstroom, was the midpoint for the gathering of Capricorn BYD Rally, in a province perceived to be extremely hot by the stereotyped, my jeans refused to have thermal interaction with my legs, as it froze like a normal day in Iceland, here was I, at Nylstroom Lodge, in the early hours of the morning.
The rally was well attended by the youth as well as graced by the visit of young people from Central & Mpumalanga region, the Capricorn Regional BYD “incoming – President” (Metse), is well aware of the task ahead of him.
This past weekend, we had the two Gauteng regions holding their regional rallies, the Southern region’s was held at Kagiso BC while the Central’s was held near Brits. Elections were held at both rallies, with bro. Tebogo Gaduke being elected the Southern regional President while Bro. Mpho Chauke was elected the Central BYD President.
Well the mantle upon the BCYD is becoming clearer & nearer, the last hurdle will be the National summer camp to be held in Mpumalanga from the 27th December 2010 to the 2nd January 2011.
BCYD keeping you in the loop with a holy Ink!!!!

The one word that can describe what is going on in our country at this hour is “Patriosm”, which means love & devotion/loyalty to one’s country, the word comes from Greek “Patris”, which means fatherland.
Our main prayer item is not that Bafana Bafana win tomorrow (11th of June 2010), but that we maintain the very same spiritual covering the Lord has bestowed on us for this time in memorial, that our shores may not be polluted by unfamiliar spirits & that we be the greatest hosts of the world. No chancers will manipulate this opportunity to their advantage.
May this event serve as a shadow of what is to come spiritually for us South Africans, that we will be a spiritual hub for nations, a Bethesda for the world.
As for tomorrow’s opening game, all we can say is : “The race is not to the swift nor the battle to the strong, because ALL are awarded the same chance/time”, as during the time of Nehemiah, we shall hold a Bible in one hand & a vuvuzela in the other hand while saying “HO JEWA BATHO”
Watch & Pray…Phillip…he is here!

BCYD touching the sky..ijo.. jo… jo..Watch & Pray!
Dear Bretheren, please join us in person (if possible) or in spirit as we bid Metse & Safira farewell tonight, the duo who have recently bonded like Alexandra & dust(pun intended), will be jetting out of the country tonight enroute Germany to attend the German Baptist Union 2010 BUJU (Youth camp).
Of interest tonight will be what kind of Skhafthini will the Pedi boy & the Ndebele girl be carrying (someone should have alerted that their air tickets include meals), eish I envy them now.
Well as the BCYD committee on behalf of our youth nationally, will like to wish the pair a spiritual fun-filled, networking & learning experience in Germany and that may they represent our department & country well in Europe.
We will like to urge those who have their contacts to send them farewell messages (since the thought of boarding a plane might give one stomach cramps…LOL, God forbid)
Our next stop: Mpumalanga on the 18th of June, regional rally!!!!!!!!!!!!
