In this role you will need to ensure compliance with BHP Billiton commitment to Zero Harm, which will include demonstrating a record of uncompromised values of Safety and the Environment, Integrity, High Performance, Win-Win Relationships, Courage to lead change and Respect for each other.
The purpose of this role is to be responsible for the timely installation, repair and maintenance of equipment to ensure that mining activities are executed in a safe manner, operates equipment and tests all working parts in functional area to ensure proper utilisation.
Serious contenders will have a Grade 12/ N3 and a recognised Auto Electrician Trade coupled with a minimum of 3 years working experience. Successful candidates will have a relevant driver's license, gas testing, flame proofing and be computer literate. Having knowledge of SAP will be desirable in this role.
