BECSA Maintenance Artisan (Rigger)

In this role you will need to ensure compliance with BHP Billiton commitment to Zero Harm, which will include demonstrating a record of uncompromised values of Safety and the Environment, Integrity, High Performance, Win-Win Relationships, Courage to lead change and Respect for each other. Your ability to plan, organise, lead and control as well as delivering results through meeting customer expectations will ensure success in this role.
The purpose of your role will be to safely execute maintenance work according to the prescribed standards.
Serious contenders will be in possession of N3 and a relevant Trade test. You will have a minimum of 3 years technical working experience. The successful candidate will have a Code 8 drivers’ license and trade/ technical skills. Gas Testing and Flame proofing skills are critical for this role. Knowledge of company policies and procedures as well as experience in supervision of contractors will be desirable.
